Aditya Arisusetio - Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee

Indonesian citizen, born in Jakarta (age 34). He was appointed as a member of Unilever Indonesia’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee by the Board of Commissioners on 24 February 2017.

He has been serving as Rewards Manager at Unilever Indonesia since 2016. In his previous experiences, he worked as Rewards & HRIS Senior Manager at PT L'Oreal Indonesia (2015-2016), before which served as Compensation Benefits Manager since joining L’Oreal in 2014.

Prior to that, he held various positions, including Compensation Benefits & Industrial Relations Manager, Head of Personnel Administration & Compensation Benefits, and Human Resources Specialist, at PT Aero Systems Indonesia (Garuda Indonesia Group) from 2010 to 2014, and handled human resource responsibilities at Save the Children Indonesia (2008-2010), PT Buana Investment Global Futures (2007-2008) and PT Blue Bird Group (2005-2007). He has a BA degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia (2005).
