President Commissioner
Sanjiv Mehta

Indian citizen. He is the Chief Executive Officer &Managing Director of Hindustan Unilever Limited. He also led businesses at Unilever South Asia as the President, Unilever, South Asia (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal). He is also member of the ‘Unilever Leadership Executive’, Unilever Global Executive Board, responsible for leading Unilever's operations globally, as one of the world's largest consumer goods companies.
Sanjiv acquired his Bachelor’s in Commerce, Chartered Accountancy, and graduated in theAdvanced Management (Harvard Business School) Program.
He has been in Unilever for 29 years, and for the past 20 years, He has led the Unilever businesses in many parts of the world as Leader/CEO. Previously was the Chairman & Managing Director Hindustan Unilever Limited (June 2018 till March 2022), Chairman and Managing Director Unilever Bangladesh Limited (2002 – 2006), Chairman and CEO Unilever Philippines Inc. (2007-2008), Chairman Unilever- North Africa and Middle East (2008 – 2013). Since October 2013, he has been responsible to lead Unilever businesses in India and South Asia.

Alexander Rusli

Indonesian citizen. He was appointed as Independent Commissioner by Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 23 May 2018. He also serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee since 2019.
Currently he serves as an Independent Commissioner of Hermina Hospital Group since November 2017.
He also holds experiences as Director-level positions during his career. He appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Indosat Ooredoo (Nov 2012 – Nov 2017), Director di Digiasia Bios PTE LTD (Singapore incorporated) (Jan 2018-current), dan Chairman di PT Geodipa Energi (2008-2012), Partner di Northstar Pacific (Oct 2009 – Oct 2012).
He also has served as Chief of Staff in Government, Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SoE), Republic of Indonesia (May 2007 - Oct 2009) and Chief of Staff, in Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MoCIT), Republic of Indonesia (Aug 2001 - May 2007).
He holds a Bachelor degree of Business, Information System in 1992 dan Bachelor of Commerce (Hons), Information System in 1993 from Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Australia. He also holds a doctorate degree as Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D), Information System in 2000 in Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Australia.
He does not have any affiliations with fellow members of the Board of Commissioners, or members of the Board of Directors, nor with the ultimate shareholder.
Independent Commissioner
Alissa Wahid

Indonesian citizen. She was appointed as Independent Commissioner by Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 27 May 2021.
A professional family psychologist, Alissa Wahid is most recognized for her work in the social sector, particularly on multiculturalism, democracy and human rights, and moderate Muslim movements in Indonesia. Her current focus is on leadership development for interreligious youth leaders. Alissa is the National Director of Gusdurian Network Indonesia (GNI) which hosts thousands of grass-roots level activisms across Indonesia to promote interfaith dialogue and understanding, active citizenship, democracy, and human rights. In 2019 Alissa was appointed by the Minister of National Development Planning of Republic Indonesia as the Ambassador for Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) in Indonesia. She is still on SDG duty until today, along with her involvement to support various social organization and foundation, including Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) in her capacity as General Secretary of Family Welfare Agency.
Alissa obtained her bachelor and master’s degree in psychology from Gadjah Mada University, one of Indonesia’s most prominent universities.

Debora Herawati Sadrach

Indonesian citizen. She was appointed as an Independent Commissioner of Unilever Indonesia by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 21 May 2019.
She has held several senior positions while working at Unilever Indonesia include Director of Refreshment & Marketing Services (2015-2017), Director of Personal Care (2001-2007; 2011-2015) and Director of Home and Personal Care (2007-2010). After retiring from Unilever Indonesia she is active in marketing and branding training activities and various other social activities.
She earned a Master's degree in Education (EdM) for Adult & Continuing Education from Boston University School of Education (1987) and a Bachelor of Dentistry from Universitas Trisakti (1985).

Fauzi Ichsan

Indonesian citizen. He was appointed as Independent Commissioner by Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 27 May 2021.
Mr Fauzi Ichsan is a well respected economic and financial practitioner with a broad range of experiences. Among his many notable achievements, not in particular order, are: leading the Indonesian Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) as the Chief Executive Officer, leading Standard Chartered Bank as its Managing Director, advising the British Ambassador as a Senior Economic Advisor, and a managerial position with Citibank. Currently, Mr Fauzi holds several positions in the Board of Commissioners of PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero), PT Manulife Asset Management Indonesia and PT AKR Tbk.
Mr Fauzi obtained his Bachelor in Economic from London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London, UK; and his Master in Development Studies from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA, USA.
Independent Commissioner & Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee
Ignasius Jonan

Indonesian citizen. Appointed as Independent Commissioner on Annual General Meeting of Shareholder 24 July 2020. He also serves as Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee since 2020.
Mr. Ignasius Jonan is a management and financial practitioner with broad range of experiences as a leader in various institutions such as Citibank, PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero) and PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). He was the Minister of Transportation (2014-2016) and the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (2016-2019) of the Republic of Indonesia.
He currently holds several executive positions such as: Senior Advisor to Accenture Indonesia (2021-present) dan Chairman and Independent Commissioner of PT Anabatic Technologies, Tbk (2021-present).
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics, majoring in Accountancy, from Airlangga University and received his Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University. He received Honorary Doctorate (Doctor Honoris Causa) from Airlangga University, Surabaya.
