Proposed by the Company as a Director of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk in the upcoming shareholder’s meeting. Indian citizen, Vivek joined Unilever over 25 years ago and has diverse experience in finance and general management across a number of markets, including UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Iran, South Africa, Egypt, and Singapore. Previous roles include CFO, Egypt& Levant, Finance Director (Home Care division), Asia, regional CFO Malaysia, Singapore, Myanmar, Cambodia & Laos. Most recently he was CFO for Unilever business in Vietnam. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Delhi and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary from India.
