PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk is pleased to announce the proposed appointment of Hendri Widiarta as Director of the Company, which will be submitted for approval at the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

Hendri, an Indonesian citizen, brings over 28 years of Human Resources experience across a diverse range of industries. His career spans country, regional, and global leadership roles. Most recently, Hendri served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, APAC at B. Braun, where he was responsible for over 17,000 employees. In this role, he was a key driver of transformative change, successfully elevating the HR function to a strategic business partner.

Prior to his tenure at B. Braun, Hendri held senior HR positions at leading companies, including SC Johnson, the RGE group (APRIL, Pacific Oil & Gas), and PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk.

A graduate of Edith Cowan University, Australia with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management & Industrial Relations, Hendri will bring a wealth of commercial experience, purpose driven leadership, and a deep commitment to people, which will be instrumental in supporting Unilever Indonesia’s growth strategy.
