Unilever Indonesia Appoints New Director and Corporate Secretary

PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (“the Company”) today conducted its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) virtually from the company’s Head office in BSD, with the agenda of this meeting among others the changes in board directors.

During the meeting, the shareholders approved the changes to the company’s board, notably the appointment of Nurdiana Darus as Director of the Company.

The decision makes a new milestone in the Company’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its leadership team. The addition of Nurdiana Darus to the Board underscores the Company’s focus on sustainability, corporate affairs, and multi-stakeholder collaboration, as she brings extensive experience from her prior roles within Unilever Indonesia and numerous distinguished positions in both public and private sectors.

Appointment of New Director

The newly appointed director Nurdiana Darus (Ade) is an Indonesian citizen, she has been with PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk since 2019 and currently serves as Head of Communication, Corporate Affairs, and Sustainability.

Nurdiana graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in business administration, majoring in Management Information Systems, from the University of Oklahoma. She holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University and has completed executive education programs at the John F. Kennedy School of Government (Harvard University), Harvard Business School (Harvard University), and the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service (Georgetown University).

Throughout her career, she has played an active role in numerous sustainability and public‑sector initiatives across Southeast Asia. She brings deep expertise in sustainability, public policy, and multi‑stakeholder collaboration, supported by leadership roles including Deputy Minister at Indonesia’s National REDD+ Agency, Senior Strategy Advisor to the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Southeast Asia Director at Rainforest Alliance, Inc., and senior positions at Accenture. Her extensive experience reflects strong purpose‑driven leadership and a proven track record of creating meaningful impact.

Following today’s EGMS, the Company’s Board of Directors is composed as follows:

Appointment of new Corporate Secretary

The Company has recently announced the appointment of the Corporate Secretary, Mario Abdi Amrillah, effective February 2nd, 2026, based on a Circular Resolution of the Board of Directors, and fully endorsed by the Board of Commissioners.

Mario is a seasoned legal professional with more than 21 years of experience. He joined Unilever Indonesia in 2010. Throughout his career at Unilever, Mario has served in various strategic roles, including Corporate & Operational Legal Manager; Competition Legal Network Lead for Southeast Asia; General Counsel for Unilever Myanmar, Cambodia, and Laos; General Counsel for the Unilever Foods Business Unit in Southeast Asia; General Counsel for Foods and Personal Care at Unilever Indonesia; and General Counsel, Unilever Indonesia. These roles have provided him with extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, competition law, and complex cross-border operations.

In addition to his current role as General Counsel of Unilever Indonesia, in his new capacity as Corporate Secretary, Mario is responsible for ensuring the Company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations. He will support the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners in upholding strong corporate governance, accountability, and regulatory integrity—further contributing to Unilever Indonesia’s long‑term sustainability and stakeholder trust.
