UNVR Declares Full Dividend, Signal of Confidence and Capital Discipline

PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. ("the Company", "Unilever Indonesia") held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) today where shareholders approved the Company's audited financial results for the full year 2024 and declared the final dividend payout.

In 2024, Unilever Indonesia recorded net sales of IDR 35.1 trillion and a net profit of IDR 3.4 trillion.

Dividend Payout Ratio of 99.7%

The Company announced a total dividend of IDR 88 (eighty-eight Rupiah) per share for the fiscal year 2024, representing a payout ratio of 99.7% of net profit. The breakdown is as follows:

  • A final dividend of IDR 47 (forty-seven Rupiah) per share, totaling IDR 1,793,050,000,000 (one trillion seven hundred ninety-three billion fifty million Rupiah).
  • This final dividend is derived from the net profit of 2024 and will be distributed no later than July 2, 2025.
  • An interim dividend of IDR 41 (forty-one Rupiah) per share, totaling IDR 1,564,150,000,000 (one trillion five hundred sixty-four billion one hundred fifty million Rupiah), was paid to shareholders registered as of December 6, 2024, at 16:00 WIB.

This brings the total dividend distributed for the fiscal year 2024 to IDR 3,357,200,000,000 (three trillion three hundred fifty-seven billion two hundred million Rupiah), reflecting the Company’s continued commitment to delivering shareholder value.
