Unilever Indonesia’s Code of Business Principles and Code Policies underpin the Company’s governance framework by defining Company policies and practices on ethics, values, and compliance.
The Code Policies uses a clear ‘must’ or ‘must not’ framework to demonstrate the standards of behaviour employees are required to uphold when interacting with co-workers, business partners, customers and consumers. It guides the way in which Unilever Indonesia balances the interests of the Company, shareholders, employees, consumers, business partners, and the general public.

Our Code Policies define the ethical behaviours that we all need to demonstrate when working for Unilever. They are mandatory. While these are for internal use, we also publish them externally in support of transparency.
