UNVR Continues Full Dividend Distribution, Demonstrating Financial Discipline and Strength

PT Unilever Indonesia Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2026

PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk (the “Company” or “Unilever Indonesia”) today held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), during which shareholders approved the following:

  1. Affirmation of the Company Financial Report and Agreement on the Company Annual Report, including the report on the implementation of supervisory by the Company Board of Commissioners for the end of the Fiscal Year 31 December 2025.
  2. Determination of the use of the company’s profit for the financial year ended on 31 December 2025.
  3. Approval on appointing the Public Accountant and/or the Public Accountant Office to audit the Company books for the Fiscal Year ending on 31 December 2026 and to determine the honorarium, as well as other requirements for the appointment.
  4. The re-appointment of the member of the board of directors
  5. Determination of the remuneration of the Members of the Company Board of Commissioners for the Fiscal Year ending on 31 December 2025.

In 2025, Unilever Indonesia recorded net sales of IDR 31,9 trillion and net profit of IDR 3,5 trillion from continuing operations (excluding the Ice Cream and SariWangi Tea businesses).

Dividend Payout Reflects Capital Allocation Discipline

The Company declared a total dividend of Rp201 (two hundred one Rupiah) per share for the 2025 financial year, representing a payout ratio of 100% of net profit.

The details are as follows:

  • Interim dividend of IDR 87,00 (eighty-seven Rupiah) per share, totalling IDR 3,304,367,297,100, (Thirty-seven billion nine hundred eighty-one million two hundred thirty-three thousand three hundred Indonesian Rupiah), which has been paid on 30 December 2025
  • Final dividend of IDR 114,00 (one hundred fourteen Rupiah) per share, amounting to a total of IDR 4,329,860,596,200 (Four trillion three hundred twenty-nine billion eight hundred sixty million five hundred ninety-six thousand two hundred Rupiah) (“Final Dividend”). The payment of final dividend will be distributed to the eligible shareholders on 30 June 2026.

As such, the total dividend distributed for the 2025 financial year amounts to IDR 7,634,227,893,300, (Seven trillion six hundred thirty-four billion two hundred twenty-seven million eight hundred ninety-nine thousand three hundred Rupiah) reflecting the Company’s ongoing commitment to delivering sustainable value to its shareholders.
