Is there any way I can visit the Head Office or the factories?

First, you have to send us your proposal letter stating your objective of your visit to Unilever Indonesia Ltd. Send it to the Unilever for Cikarang HR Dept, if you want to visit the Cikarang factories (Wall’s Ice Cream, Blue Band, Liquid, Savoury, and NSD). And please send that letter to the Unilever for Surabaya HR Dept, if you want to visit the Surabaya factories (Personal Wash and Personal Care)

How to purchase the products for export and import?

The Unilever’s products export and import activities are conducted only among the Unilever sister companies, Unilever does not permit the free traders to purchase our products intended for the export and import.

Who is handling the purchase of the raw material or fuel stocks such as crude oil, diesel oil, etc?

You may send your offer letter to the Purchasing Division of the Supply Chain Department located in the Head Office.

How to propose to become Unilever merchandising materials supplier?

What are the requirements to join the Unilever ”Klub Sukses” and what are the programmes offered to the members?

To join Klub Sukses, your store should be registered by the respective local distributor to the Unilever Depot. Then, the Depot in this case, the local TSS Area will verify your store data by referring to the average sales per week and the store’s loyality to the distributor and Unilever.

After finishing this verification process which is conducted by Unilever in its sales area, your store will be registered at the Klub Sukses Center. You will get the membership card and entitled to join all Klub Sukses’s programmes (Insurance, KS Games Programme, etc.). We recommend you to contact the Unilever distributor where your store is registered.

The Klub Sukses programmes are :

• Accident insurance for the store owner who hold the club card (Blue, Gold, and Platium type).

• Additional discount is given to the Klub Sukses members who purchase products from the Unilever distributor where they are registered.
• The Grand Prize of Car, Motorcycle, Electronic tools, domestic and abroad holiday package are given in the KS games programme.

• Newsletter as the communication media between the Unilever and the Klub Sukses members.

What are the procedures that I should follow to do a thesis research?

You can send your proposal attaching a letter of recommendation from the university and list of enquiries to the General Communications Manager of Corporate Communication Department.

Do Unilever provide a scholarship programme for bright students from underprevileged families or those who needs educational support?

Yes, but currently the Unilever scholarship programme is intended for undergraduate students in their last semester in universities which Unilever has established cooperation with, such as the Padjadjaran University (Bandung), Bandung Institute of Technology, University of Indonesia, Bogor Institue of Agriculture, University of Gadjah Mada, and Surabaya 10 November Institute.

Do PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk.(Jababeka) conduct Community Based Training?

The training we conduct is a practical training programme for those who fulfil the basic, minimum requirement to work in Production Division of HPC Factory in Cikarang. The programme is intended to give practical experience to high school graduates (high school students majoring in science and students of School of engineering), who have never worked before and live around Cikarang – Bekasi – Karawang, so when they finish with this programme, that experience will give confidence and sense of competitiveness to work for other industries. The programme is called Community Based Training (COMBATRA) because it is one of the Company’s social programmes in improving the surrounding community welfare. This programme is not a matter of giving jobs to these people, but train them to work by applying some theories in Production. Apart from getting a uniform, transport allowance will also be given to them during the training period.

What are the procedures to get training of household waste management? How to get the composter equipment to manage the communal waste and what are the right procedures of communal waste management?
