Unilever  Indonesia ordinary shares are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There are 7 630 000 000 ordinary shares in issue, each having a nominal value of Rp 10,-.

At the Company’s Annual General Meeting on  13 June 2000, the shareholders agreed to a stock split, reducing the par value from Rp 1 000 per share to Rp 100 per share. This change was notarized by deed No. 19 of Notary Singgih Susilo SH dated 4 August 2000 and was approved by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights (formerly Ministry of Justice)  Republic of Indonesia under decree No. C-18481.HT.01.04-TH.2000.

At the Company's Annual General Meeting on 24 June 2003, the shareholders agreed to a stock split, reducing the par value from Rp 100 per share to Rp 10 per share. This change was notarized by deed No. 46 of notary public Singgih Susilo SH dated 10 July 2003 and was approved by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia under decree No. C-17533 HT.01.04-TH.2003.
