Whatever position you apply to Unilever Indonesia, you must fulfil the following requirements:
- Indonesian citizenship - we can only process application from those who have a permit to work permanently in Indonesia.
- Top 10% of your class in a reputable university (S1 program), minimum GPA 2.80 - we want someone who can balance his study with extra-curricular activities
- Excellent in interpersonal and communication skill
- Fluent in oral and written English - English is essential as a media for communication globally. Unilever operates globally; therefore we want our employees to use English as their second language.
- Functional excellence in your discipline
- Commercial awareness - understanding about business and how it operates
